About the Job
The LEAD is a captivating, approachable representative of ROAR (possibly rolling around in roller skates or a skateboard). He/She will act as a friendly, curious interviewer and approach unsuspecting people to invite them to try RAOR. The tone of the lead should be: charismatic, relatable/approachable, friendly, practical, enthusiastic, lighthearted. We don’t want this to feel like a “game show host” - the lead should be authentic and likeable. Some hosting or improv experience is a huge plus. Someone who has a unique style, feels youthful and vibrant.
